Far better display of birds here at Whitingham, Norfolk than on show at the RSPB site at Minsmere Suffolk; and free, to boot! Snapped these two little babies lifting their undercarriage before Lift Off. Weather a little cloudy and a bracing wind but nonetheless some good light now and again. Cropped this shot from the far end of my 300mm lens
This is lovely. Won’t show David though as he nearly got a shot like this once on the Thames but I had the camera at the time and he missed the moment.
