Instructor Availability Reporting

List Available Instructors

This report will list only those instructors with availability, after the date the report has been run i.e. if an instructor has logged their details on thee web site, but has no availability after the day the report is run, their details won't be listed.

Click a 'Recd ID' to navigate to a report listing all the instructors availability records (after the day the report is run) and their qualifications.

Search for available instructors (by date)

Select a date range for your exped, then:

click 'Refresh'Qual and Surname LOVs' button.

This will then present in an LOV, all AT Quals, where there is instructor avaialbility for the period entered.

Then sqlect a qualification
then select a surname
then click 'submit'

You are then presented with a list of availability records for the selected instructor, where there is availability beyond the day the report hass been run.
