Army Sponsored Expeditions
With effect 1 Jun 08, the Adventurous Training SYStem (ATSYS) is to be used by Service Personnel wishing to undertake Adventurous Training (AT) under the Joint Services Adventurous Training Scheme, where the Expedition is sponsored by the Army. ATSYS replaces the existing paper based process (MS Word Form), and provides two methods for personnel to apply: Online and Offline
Online Application
All applications for AT under the JSAT scheme are to be submitted online, which requires the person submitting the application to have access to a PC connected to a Service Network e.g. DII.
Offline Application
If an applicant does not have access to a PC connected to a Service Network e.g. DII. they can submit their application using the 'offline JSATFA' Forms. Note: The MS Word Forms that applicants previously used to submit their applications (JSATFA and Appendices), are not compatible with ATSYS.
