Instructor Availability
This module allows qualified JS Instructors to brodcast to Expedition Leaders, their AT qualifications and availability. This then facilitates the resourcing and inst/student ratios by Exped Leaders when planning their expeds.
To broadcast your details, you must have an account.
Requesting an account
From the 'Home Page' select [eForms] then [ Request Inst Account] (see opposte)
Complete te details as requested. You must provide a Service eMail address (so we can validate your request). The contact eMail is for anyone wishing to contact you.
Maintaining your account details
From the 'Home Page' select [eForms] then [ Inst Avail ] then either [Maintain Qualifiactions] or [Maintain Availability] (see opposte).
Your details are then available for other to view from the 'Noticboard'.
Seraching for Intructors
From the 'Home Page' select [Noticeboard] then [ Instructor Availability].
Select a Qualification, then a surname to find that individuals availability.
Note:Qualifications are not listed if there are no instructors listed with the qualifiaction you require.
